- Ground chicken500 g

- grated cheese50 g
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- If you can't find the chicken already ground to buy, The 1st step is to grind the chicken (raw)
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Place the mixture on non-stick pizza pans. I divide the dough into 2 baking sheets (30cm in diameter)
- With the back of a spoon, spread the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes. NOTE: Pizza dough "shrinks" a little. It's normal.
- Remove the dough from the oven and fill as desired. If necessary, return the pizza to the oven to heat/melt the other ingredients. I put tomato sauce and cheese. I returned the pizza to the oven. Then I took it out of the oven again and finished stuffing it with raw ham, arugula, cherry tomatoes, olives, oregano and balsamic vinegar.
