  • Medium flaked oats2 cup
  • Banana3 unit(s)
  • Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower oil1/3 cup
  • Raisins1 to taste
  • Cocoa Nibs1 to taste
  1. Beat the egg, 2 bananas, cinnamon and oil in a blender.
  2. Pour into a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Put raisins and nibs in the amount you want
  4. Pour into a muffin pan (I used oven paper to make it easier to unmold, handle and when cleaning the pan)
  5. Use a banana to cut into pieces and place on top to decorate.
  6. Bake at 185° for 25 minutes
