- Medium flaked oats2 cup
- Banana3 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sunflower oil1/3 cup
- Raisins1 to taste
- Cocoa Nibs1 to taste
- Beat the egg, 2 bananas, cinnamon and oil in a blender.
- Pour into a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
- Put raisins and nibs in the amount you want
- Pour into a muffin pan (I used oven paper to make it easier to unmold, handle and when cleaning the pan)
- Use a banana to cut into pieces and place on top to decorate.
- Bake at 185° for 25 minutes
