- Cherry tomatoes50 g
- Coconut milk150 ml
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
- Salt, Pepper, Paprika to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- I seasoned the chicken cubes with salt, pepper and lemon, put the oil in a pan and fried the chicken until golden, added the garlic and onion, potatoes and seasonings, a cup of water, covered the pan and cooked for 20 minutes .
- I added the coconut milk and the tomatoes, when it was creamy I turned off the heat.
