  • Cottage cheese or ricotta cream2 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. Beat all the ingredients (leaving the yeast for last) with the fork, and take it to the microwave for 2:30 or 3:00 (it will depend on each microwave). Then put it on the plate (I used a sandwich maker/mixer). I used a slice of cheese for the filling.
