  • Washed medium cabbage01 unit(s)
  • Turmeric1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil02 tablespoon
  • Liquid smoke02 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onions to taste
  • Pepper flakes to taste
  • Salt Sharela to taste
  1. Cut the cabbage in half and cut each half into 4 pieces.
  2. In a container, mix the oil, saffron and liquid smoke.
  3. Brush the mixture on each piece of cabbage.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan and let it heat up.
  5. Place the cabbage pieces and grill for 4 minutes on each side.
  6. Finish with the chives, pepperoni and Parrilla salt.
