- Chicken fillet400 g
- White Beans250 g
- White rice1 cup
- Sweet grape tomato100 g
- Watercress100 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
- I soaked the beans for 3 hours, put them in a pan and cooked them with water and salt for 20 minutes. Drain all the water and let it cool. I mixed it with watercress and tomatoes, seasoned with lemon, salt, olive oil, green smell.
- I seasoned the chicken breast with salt, pepper, lemon and a drizzle of olive oil, let it marinate for 20 minutes. In a frying pan with olive oil, I put the whole fillets, let them brown on both sides over medium heat so they don't burn. I sliced and watered with olive oil.
- I made the rice with olive oil, salt and minced garlic, I gave it a good stir-fry to make it soft.
