After mixing the flour with the sweet potatoes well, add the egg; flour is added little by little. Each wholemeal flour has a different consistency. Therefore, it is added in small amounts and mixed with the sweet potatoes. This process must be repeated until the right point of the gnocchi is found; The sweet spot for the gnocchi dough is when it is ready to be molded. Remove reasonable pieces of dough and roll them up until they are long and thin; Then, cut the rolls you formed into pieces, which will look like squares; When the pieces are ready, you will place them on a baking sheet evenly. In a pan, let a reasonable amount of water boil for 8 minutes; Pour in the gnocchi and cook until well cooked. Ready! Prepare with the sauce of your choice. This gnocchi in the photo was sealed in fine herb butter.
