- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- I mashed the bananas with a fork and added the other ingredients, greased disposable aluminum molds with coconut oil.
- Distribute the dough in the 4 molds, put banana slices on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180°
- I unmolded the dumplings and watered them with honey to taste.
