- I mixed all the ingredients until a very smooth dough was formed, I opened the dough in discs, put the stuffing and closed it with the help of a fork, brushed with the yolk and over the pastries I put sesame to taste, greased the shape with a little olive oil and put all the pastries, put it in the oven for 20 minutes.
- You can use any filling, I used 2 vegan fillings, one with eggplant and the other with soy protein.
