Cocoa powder40 g
Brown sugar100 g
Rice flour150 g
Coconut oil3 tablespoon
Yeast1 tablespoon
Coconut Milk200 ml
Dark chocolate60 g

In a container I put all the ingredients of the cake except the yeast, mixed well with a whisk, finally I added the yeast, poured the dough in a greased shape with coconut oil and sprinkled with cocoa powder.
Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°.
For the syrup: in a pan I added the semisweet chocolate and the coconut milk I took it to the fire until all the chocolate melted. Cover the cake with the syrup and decorate with crumbs from the cake itself. I didn't add milk to this dough but if you need to use water or coconut milk.
