- Oat Flakes3 tablespoon
- Mature Nanica Bananas3 unit(s)
- Brown sugar3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- In a bowl, beat the eggs as you would an omelet. Add the banana, already mashed with a fork, the oats, sugar, cinnamon and yeast to the beaten eggs. Place the skillet over low heat, preferably non-stick. Pour the dough as if it were an omelet. Let it cook, because of the sugar I advise to hold the frying pan suspended in the air (leaving 1 palm above the fire). Flip both sides and it's ready to serve.
