  • Boiled Potatoes2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • bunch of chopped parsley1/2 cup
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a bowl, gently mix the eggs, the previously boiled and sliced potatoes, the Parmesan, the fried bacon cut into small pieces, the chopped parsley and finally season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grease a low, non-adherent skillet, add the ingredients to the mixture over very low heat.
  3. Wait for the bottom to cook. When it is firm and coming off the bottom of the pan, with the help of a smooth lid, turn the frittata and return to the pan with the wet side down. Repeat the operation until the environment is perfumed and golden.
  4. If some of the mixture drips, it doesn't mean an error or a problem.
  5. This frittata goes well with salads and sandwiches.
  6. It appeals to most people and the recipe accepts ingredient substitutions with zucchine, mushrooms, green beans and other vegetables, as well as other cheeses as well. Bon appetite!!!💥
