- Wholemeal flour4 cup
- Warm water2 cup
- Sugar1 dessert spoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Biological yeast15 g
- Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a teaspoon of warm water. Then add the flour and mix.
- Add the other ingredients, mix well until it comes off your hands.
- Set aside and let rise until doubled in size.
- Then knead again and place in a greased shape.
- Bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
