Dark chocolate 70% cocoa230 g
unsalted butter80 g
Eggs6 unit(s)
Xylitol (or sugar if you prefer)1/2 cup

Separate the whites from the yolks
Whip the egg whites
Add the sugar to the egg whites and beat again.
Melt chocolate in double boiler
Add the butter to the melted chocolate
After the chocolate has cooled, add the yolks and mix well.
Finally, fold in the snow whites.
Pour the dough into a greased pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 130 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Wait for it to cool down. The dough is crumbly on the outside and creamy on the inside.
