  • Cherry tomato to taste
  • Seasoned Shredded Chicken4 tablespoon
  • Sliced avocado1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Squeezed lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  1. On a platter make a simple arugula salad with cherry tomatoes and season with salt, extra virgin olive oil and squeezed lemon.
  2. Place this salad on more than half of the plate and add the seasoned shredded chicken and sliced avocado.
  3. Season the avocado with salt and extra virgin olive oil and enjoy your healthy meal 😋
