  • Cooked brown rice2 tablespoon
  • Cabotia pumpkin puree (recipe in my profile)2 tablespoon
  • Boiled egg2 unit(s)
  • Lettuce Salad to taste
  • Cherry tomato to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
  1. On a plate, place the brown rice, the boiled eggs cut in half and the cabotia pumpkin puree, add a little salt to the boiled eggs and a drizzle of olive oil to season.
  2. Make a salad with lettuce and cherry tomatoes and season with salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar to taste.
  3. Fill the rest of the plate with this salad and that's it 😋
