  • Chicken thighs and drumsticks500 g
  • Boiled Chickpeas1 cup
  • Grated raw carrot1 unit(s)
  • Grated raw beetroot1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. I seasoned the chicken with salt, paprika, saffron, pepper and olive oil, roasted it in the airfryer for 30 minutes.
  2. I sauteed the garlic in olive oil, added boiled chickpeas, salt, paprika and pepper, finally added the chopped tomato, turned off the heat.
  3. I made a little oil, salt and lemon sauce to season the beetroot and carrot salad.
