- In a pan with water, place the egg to cook for 5 minutes, remove from the hot water, let it cool, peel and set aside.
- In a dish add the grated cabbage, chopped tomato, sliced onion and sliced cucumber and cilantro.
- Sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix.
- Finally add the chopped or sliced egg.
