  • Italian Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Boiled Egg4 unit(s)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Pepper2 teaspoon
  • Sicilian lemon juice2 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  • Sicilian lemon zest to taste
  1. With the spaghetti or grater pass the zucchinis until you form the spaghetti-like pasta (thin and long strips)
  2. If using the grater, pass the zucchinis horizontally to form thin, long strips 😉
  3. In a small pan, put a drizzle of olive oil and add the zucchini noodles.
  4. Season with salt, oregano and lemon pepper
  5. Add the lemon juice and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Taste and adjust the salt if necessary and if the consistency is Al dente, turn off the heat.
  7. Serve with halved or sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  8. Put a little salt in the eggs and olive oil
  9. Ready 😋 great light and protein dinner option 💪💚💛🇧🇷
