- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- 100% Cocoa2 tablespoon
- Xylitol to taste to taste
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Crushed almonds to taste
- Topping: melt chocolate 70% to taste
- Mix all the ingredients until the mixture is homogeneous in a mug that can go in the microwave. No need to grease. Note: Do not exceed half of the mug
- Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
- Allow to cool, unmold and add topping.
