  • Oat flakes150 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil50 ml
  • Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Ripe bananas4 unit(s)
  • Apples3 unit(s)
  • Dried apricots, cubed10 unit(s)
  • Raisins50 g
  1. Place the chopped apricots and raisins to soak in a bowl of warm water for 10 minutes.
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork, peel and cut the apple into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, cocoa, eggs and oil. Mix well.
  4. Remove the apricots and raisins from the water, and add the oatmeal. Add the bananas, apples and finally the yeast.
  5. Grease a well in the middle (just grease it, it's not flour) put the dough and take it to the preheated oven, medium temperature, until it's firm. (about 30 minutes). Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
