  • Egg5 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce2 cup
  • Hot water1/2 cup
  • Chopped Sausage1/3 cup
  • Chopped Onion1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onion to taste
  1. In a high skillet fry the sausage well (discard the excess fat).
  2. Add the onion and sauté. Add tomato sauce, water and salt. Mix and let cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Crack 1 egg at a time into a separate container and place into the sauce.
  4. Season the eggs with salt and pepper and cover the skillet.
  5. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, finish with the chives and serve immediately with white rice.
