  • Sliced eggplant1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1/2 cup
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese of your choice50 g
  • Paper towel2 unit(s)
  • Thread of olive oil to taste
  1. Cut the eggplant into slices and salt them immediately. It will prevent it from darkening and it will release a lot of water. Dry with paper towels on both sides of each.
  2. Put a drizzle of olive oil in a shape. Place the eggplant slices.
  3. With a spoon, pour tomato sauce over each slice.
  4. Put grated cheese, sprinkle oregano. Bake for 15min. Ready!
