- Large mango (I used palmer)1 unit(s)
- Coconut milk (1/2 glass)100 ml
- Wash the mango well and cut into cubes, remove the peel if you prefer.
- Take it to freeze, mirrored on a plate or board. After frozen, put it in a clean plastic bag and you will always have frozen fruit, taking up little space in the freezer :)
- Remove from the freezer 10 min before preparation, so you don't force your processor and break.
- In the processor or blender, put the mango and coconut milk and beat for 5 min, it's pretty creamy.
