  • Chicken Breast Fillet1/2 kg
  • medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Sliced skinless tomato1 unit(s)
  • Seasonings (parsley, chives, chimichurri, saffron) to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
  • Bay Leaves3 unit(s)
  1. In a pressure cooker, put the olive oil to taste, and make a bed with the chopped onion at the bottom.
  2. Then put the skinless tomato slices and seasonings to taste.
  3. Cut the chicken breast fillets into cubes, and place on top of the tomato and onion bed and season with salt to taste and the bay leaves.
  4. Finally add some crushed garlic, a little water and close the pan. Let it cook for approximately 30 minutes after getting pressure.
  5. After cooking, transfer the contents to a frying pan.
  6. In the skillet over medium heat, with the help of a hollowed-out spoon, knead the chicken for it to shred and mix little by little until dry (+/- 20 min)
  7. After finishing, sprinkle more parsley and chives and it's ready to eat. This chicken is very practical, ideal for filling pies, pizzas, pancakes and pasta in general!!
