- Oregano to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Gorgonzola15 g
- Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Dried Tomato3 unit(s)
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, oregano and pepper.
- Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and make an omelette. When you release from the bottom of the skillet, turn the side.
- Add the cottage cheese, the gorgonzola and the dried tomato.
- Roll up like a rocambole and cut into thick slices. Accommodate on a platter with green leaves and mustard.
