  • Oat flakes or fine flakes or oat flour3 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1 to taste
  1. Start by beating the egg for a few seconds.
  2. Then mash half of the bananas with a fork and mix with the oatmeal, cinnamon and egg, stirring until a porridge forms.
  3. In a frying pan, add a little oil, spreading and removing the excess with a paper napkin.
  4. After heating the skillet over low heat, cut half of the remaining banana into slices and place in the skillet.
  5. After frying one side, turn the banana slices to fry the other side.
  6. Then pour the mixture and cover to cook the pancake.
  7. After about 2 minutes, flip the pancake, cover the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
