Almond flour1 tablespoon
100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
Xylitol1 tablespoon
Egg1 unit(s)
Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
Sour cream3 tablespoon
85% cocoa chocolate (or your choice)50 g

Mix the xylitol, egg, almond flour and cocoa powder.
Add 01 tablespoon of cream and mix again.
Add the yeast and mix. It is ready to go in the microwave for 1 and a half minutes.
For the syrup, place the remaining 2 tablespoons of cream in a pan and add the chocolate. Mix until you get the desired point.
Remove the cake from the microwave, add the syrup on top and ready!!
