- Mixed seeds (options: black and white sesame, flaxseed, chia, pumpkin, sunflower)2 tablespoon
- Almond flour1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Mozzarella to taste
- Beat the eggs with a fouet and seasonings and set aside;
- Pre heat a frying pan and grease it with olive oil;
- Place the seeds in the bottom and then the almond flour (spread evenly throughout the pan);
- Pour the beaten eggs on top;
- Cover the frying pan;
- When it is almost firm, put the cheese and wait for it to melt;
- Turn off the frying pan and fold as in the picture.
