  • Tapioca flour02 tablespoon
  • Egg01 unit(s)
  • Sliced Tomatoes01 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Margarine for greasing the skillet to taste
  • Chives and coriander to taste
  1. Add the tapioca flour with the egg and mix well. Add salt, oregano and set aside. In the pancake pan, melt the margarine and distribute the tomato slices until golden brown over low heat. Note: Turn to fry on both sides. Pour the reserved mixture over the tomatoes and wait to seal well, then turn the crepioca with the help of a spatula. Add the grated mozzarella and turn off the heat, letting it melt only with the heat. Option: sprinkle chopped chives and cilantro on top to serve.
