- Sweetener1 tablespoon
- Mix everything with a fork. Grease skillet with oil or butter. Place in the skillet until the pasta is cooked. I use to sweeten 1 tablespoon of xylitol, sucralose or honey. Place the filling in half and fold in half. Stuffing suggestion: 50 grams of 70% chocolate, or any fruit you prefer.
