- In a blender, blend corn on the cob or half of the can of corn with the oil and water. Reserve. In a pan, heat the butter over low heat, add the rice flour and let it brown, stirring constantly. Add the reserved beaten corn gradually, mixing well. Add salt, pepper, shredded chicken and remaining corn. Finish with the chopped parsley. or a pepper 😏
