3 Corn on the cob or a can of corn, drained I made it with the cob 😍 6 tablespoons of skimmed milk 2 cups of water 3 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of flour rice 2 teaspoons of salt 1 pinch of black pepper 2 cups (tea) of shredded chicken 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Em um liquidificador bata espiga de milho ou  metade da lata de milho com o e a água. Reserve.

Em uma panela, aqueça a manteiga em fogo baixo, junte a farinha de arroz e deixe dourar, mexendo sempre. Adicione o milho batido reservado aos poucos, misturando bem.

Adicione o sal, a pimenta-do-reino, o frango desfiado e o restante do milho.

Finalize com a salsa picada. ou uma pimentinha 😏

In a blender, blend corn on the cob or half of the can of corn with the oil and water. Reserve.

In a pan, heat the butter over low heat, add the rice flour and let it brown, stirring constantly. Add the reserved beaten corn gradually, mixing well.

Add salt, pepper, shredded chicken and remaining corn.

Finish with the chopped parsley. or a pepper 😏
