  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
  • Coarse oats1 dessert spoon
  • Chia1 teaspoon
  • Chopped colonial salami2 tablespoon
  • Diced colonial cheese1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a container beat the eggs, add the tapioca gum, oats, chia, salt and pepper and mix well. Reserve.
  2. In a non-stick frying pan add the salami and fry until the fat is well released.
  3. Pour the beaten egg mixture over the top and lower the heat.
  4. Place the cheese cubes on top and close the skillet with a lid.
  5. When the egg is cooked, fold the crepioca in half and serve immediately.
