  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Coconut Milk200 g
  • Xylitol1 tablespoon
  • Fresh grated coconut200 g
  1. In the bowl of the mixer add the eggs, the ointment point butter, the xylitol, and beat until homogenized, add the milk, flour, salt and grated coconut mix again until homogenized.
  2. Then, add the yeast and mix without beating. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.
  3. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and xylitol, heat it, pour it over the cake after it is baked and sprinkle grated coconut on top, let it cool and serve.
