- Coconut Flour1/2 cup
- Erythritol Sweetener1 cup
- grated coconut1 cup
- Coconut oil100 ml
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Lemon zest to taste
- Blueberry to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Add all ingredients in a bowl (except yeast and blueberry) Mix all ingredients very well. Add the yeast. Shake well! Lastly, add the blueberry.
- Put the dough in a non-stick form Or Greased with coconut oil and coconut flour PS: I used an 18cm diameter hole shape
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
- OBS: the oven time may vary according to the form used!
