- Yeast1/4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Whip the egg whites.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yolks, cottage cheese, parmesan and baking powder.
- Slowly fold in the egg whites
- Spread the dough in circles on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until lightly golden.
