- Chayote cut in half2 unit(s)
- Ground duckling400 g
- Cream chesse or ricotta cream150 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Onion and garlic to taste
- Spices to taste
- Saute the meat in the onion and garlic, season to taste. Reserve
- Remove the middle part of the chuchus, in order to leave a dimple to put the stuffing.
- Cook in salted water until soft but firm. drain
- Grease a Pyrex dish with butter and distribute the chayotes, place ground meat on each part and two spoons of cream cheese and grated cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until browned. It looks wonderful.
