Na noite anterior deixar de molho as lentilhas e a água

Ao dia seguinte botar as lentilhas junto com a água de molho no liquidificador e juntar o cacau e o adoçante e bater bem.

Esquentar a fogo médio baixo uma frigideira antiaderente untada com um pouco de óleo.
Ir colocando a massa deixando não muito baixa pra que fiquem gordinhos.
Quando ficou um pouco dourado em baixo; com espátula plástica dar virar para dourar do outro.
