- Grated Coconut | 50 g
- Cocoa | 2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar | 4 tablespoon
- Melted butter | 2 tablespoon
- Gluten-free oat flour | 1 cup
- Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Beat everything in the blender without the flour and yeast to homogeneous.
- Add the flour and beat more, finally the yeast (don't beat the yeast too much).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
