Medium sweet potato3 unit(s)
Butter1 tablespoon
Ricotta paste2 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
Skimmed liquid milk100 g
Salt to taste
Chicken400 g
Cumin1 teaspoon
Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Chives20 g
Coriander15 g
Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
Tomato1 unit(s)

Boil the potatoes and mash them;
Add the butter, ricotta, Parmesan cheese and milk to the potatoes;
Put the puree on the fire, mix everything, wait for it to boil and turn off the fire;
Treat the chicken and cut into cubes;
In another pan, put the oil;
Add the chicken, cumin, garlic, salt, chives, cilantro and homemade tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and water;
Cook the chicken and shred it;
Line the bottom of the dish with the puree. It doesn't have to be a thick layer;
Put the chicken;
Cover with the rest of the puree;
Add Parmesan cheese to taste;
Bake in the oven until golden.
