  • Sliced Ham5 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fine herbs to taste
  • Turmeric to taste
  • Broccoli (optional) to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Butter or olive oil to taste
  • Toothpick or barbecue toothpick10 unit(s)
  1. Cut the chicken breast in half starting with the largest part.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, fine herbs, turmeric and seasonings of your choice both outside and inside
  3. Take 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham, make rolls and place inside the chicken
  4. Close the chicken breast with toothpicks
  5. Place the chicken breasts in a roasting pan
  6. Rub butter or olive oil on the top of the chicken Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese
  7. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil Bake for approximately 40 minutes (oven at 200ºC)
