- Chicken breast cut into medium cubes200 g
- Red bell pepper cut into medium pieces1/4 cup
- Red onion, cut into medium pieces1/4 cup
- Softened unsalted butter to taste
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh sage to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Squeezed lemon1 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers for skewers3 unit(s)
- In a bowl, season the chicken cubes with garlic, lemon, paprika, salt and sage. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Skewer the chicken cubes on the skewer alternating with the onion and pepper pieces.
- With the help of a brush, spread the butter all over the skewer.
- Place in a preheated air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Remove and brush with more butter, return to the air fryer and bake for another 2 minutes or until completely cooked through.
