- Tapioca Gum1 tablespoon
- Chimichurri without pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter1 teaspoon
- In the mix or in a deep dish, add the eggs, chimichurri without pepper, smoked paprika, tapioca starch and salt.
- Mix well and set aside.
- In a skillet, add the butter and let it melt.
- Lower the heat to low heat, pour the mixture into the skillet and cover.
- Let it cook for approximately 1 minute or until it is cooked.
- With the help of a spatula, turn and add the filling of your choice.
- With the help of the spatula, fold, cover and turn off the fire.
- Let it simmer for at least 30 seconds and serve. Enjoy your food!
