- Recipe
- Granola1/2 cup
- Oats1/2 cup
- Peanut Paste2 tablespoon
- I put half a cup of granola in a container (because mine has sugar and I didn't want too much sweets, so I decided to add oats together instead of just a cup of granola), then I put half a cup of oat flakes and two spoons of peanut paste (the paste is what will make the recipe alloy). I mixed everything very well, and two tablespoons of paste was enough for me, but you can add more or less, it's up to you. Note: this is the base of the bar, you can add some chopped fruit, such as: strawberry, banana, apple... Or chestnuts, peanuts and chocolate drops. Use creativity! I preferred to put it in silicone molds to misinform more easily, but if you prefer, you can grease a mold with butter paper, or margarine/butter and put the dough in. It is important that you press well so that it is compact and does not crumble. Then just put it in the fridge for at least half an hour. The amount I made yielded 7 cupcake molds and I thought it was great because I will eat 1 each day of the week. It's small, but nutritious and healthy, it will definitely save you when you hit that urge to eat something sweet after lunch!
