  • eggs2 unit(s)
  • box of sour cream1 unit(s)
  • grated parmesan cheese100 g
  1. Cook the shredded cauliflower in water and salt until very wet.
  2. Drain a lot and put it straight in the refractory where it will go to the oven.
  3. Mix in the butter and set aside.
  4. Beat the two egg whites until stiff.
  5. Mix the egg yolks with a wooden spoon or spatula, then the cream and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Reserve some cheese to cover.
  7. Mix everything slowly with the spatula or wooden spoon until all the cauliflower is well coated.
  8. Cover well with the grated cheese.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200°C until golden.
