zucchini2 unit(s)
grated small onion1 unit(s)
minced garlic1 tablespoon
salt1 to taste
nutmeg1 to taste
black pepper1 to taste
dehydrated herbs1 to taste
extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon

Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the vegetables and enough filtered water just to cover.
Do not add too much water, as the cream should be consistent. Add the seasonings. Let it cook until the vegetables are very young. Pass the mix
Serve with shredded chicken, minced beef or grilled tofu. Sprinkle with salted granola or seed mix.
