  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Plant milk (or milk)1 cup
  • Canned cream (or almond)1 unit(s)
  • Grated Mozzarella to taste
  • Seasonings to taste
  1. Start by cutting the cauliflower into very small florets. The smaller you cut it, the tastier it gets. Tip: it's pretty easy if you break it with your hands. Place on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. Now let's go to the sauce: sauté the onion in butter and, as soon as the onion is golden, add the wheat flour and stir until it incorporates all the butter. Add the milk and stir well until all the flour is dissolved. Then add the cream, stir well and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and season with salt, black pepper and the golden tip: 2 teaspoons of curry powder.
  3. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and mix well. Cover with grated mozzarella to taste, cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven (200°) for 20 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
