- Cauliflower600 g

- Salt, pepper, paprika and parsley to taste
- I cut the tilapia fillets into pieces and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon. In a refractory I put slices of tomato, onion, peppers and potatoes, arranged the tilapia pieces and covered with more onion, tomato and potato, drizzled with olive oil and took to the oven for 30 minutes.
- I crushed the cauliflower in the processor and sauteed it with olive oil and chopped garlic, I gradually added water while cooking, in 10 minutes it was ready, seasoned with salt and pepper and finished with parsley.
- I took the fish out of the oven and served it with cauliflower rice and a cucumber and tomato salad.
