  • Cooked Aipim150 g
  • grated pepperoni150 g
  • Rice flour100 g
  • Corn starch80 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Natural yogurt100 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Cream cheese to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender I beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, salt and the cooked cassava, finally I added the dry ingredients and mixed with a spoon.
  2. I sautéed the pepperoni with the onion, added the tomato and green smell and let it cool.
  3. In a greased shape with oil I poured a part of the dough, over all the stuffing, cream cheese to taste and finally the rest of the dough. Before putting it in the oven, I decorated it with pepperoni slices, cherry tomatoes and sesame, in a preheated oven at 200° for 35min.
